1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the ResourcePulse service, operated by Denis Połyncew Software Engineering, NIP: 7543173139, REGON: 544330578, ŚW. MIKOŁAJA 8/11/208, 50-125 Wrocław, Poland. By signing up for or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

ResourcePulse is a GitHub Action and cloud-based analysis service that reviews Azure Bicep infrastructure-as-code changes on pull requests — providing cost delta estimates, governance policy findings, and AI-generated suggestions without requiring Azure subscription access.

2. Subscriptions & billing

• Preview — Free. No sign-up required. Authenticated via GitHub OIDC. Limited to 1 repository and 30 analyses per month.
• Starter — $29.99 / month. API key authentication. Up to 3 repositories and 1,000 analyses per month.
• Team — $79.99 / month. API key authentication. Up to 10 repositories and 5,000 analyses per month. Includes custom org policies and priority support.

Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. Your credit card is collected at sign-up but will not be charged until the trial period ends. After the trial, subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. Pricing changes require 30 days' advance notice.

Payments are processed by Stripe (stripe.com). Stripe is the merchant of record for all transactions and handles billing, invoicing, and applicable tax collection.

3. Refund policy

Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged. After the trial period, subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or under our exception policy. If you cancel during a billing period, you retain access until the end of that paid period. Refund or credit requests for technical failures may be sent to hello@resourcepulseapp.com within 14 days of the charge.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: analyse infrastructure you are not authorised to review; reverse-engineer, probe, or attack ResourcePulse infrastructure or APIs; resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without written consent; violate applicable law; or abuse the analysis quota.

5. Intellectual property

The Service is owned by Denis Połyncew Software Engineering. You retain full ownership of the Bicep files and infrastructure definitions you submit for analysis.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. No SLA or uptime guarantee. Cost estimates are approximations based on publicly available Azure pricing data and are not financial advice — actual Azure costs may differ materially. Policy findings and AI suggestions are informational only and should be reviewed by a qualified engineer.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResourcePulse is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

9. EU consumer rights

EU/EEA/Swiss/UK consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain distance contracts for digital services within 14 days. Nothing in these Terms limits non-excludable statutory consumer rights.

10. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wrocław, Poland, except where mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise. EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Changes to these terms

Material changes are notified by email or in-Service notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
