All paid plans (Starter and Team) include a 14-day free trial. Your payment method is collected at sign-up but will not be charged until the trial period ends.
Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price. You will receive a renewal confirmation from Stripe before each charge.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account settings.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access to the Service until then, and the subscription will not renew.
After the trial period, subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or under our exception policy.
If ResourcePulse experiences a technical failure or other service issue that materially prevents you from using the Service, refund or credit requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at hello@resourcepulseapp.com within 14 days of the charge.
Stripe may also process refunds in accordance with applicable law and their own policies. See Stripe's Consumer Terms for details.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain distance contracts for digital services within 14 days of conclusion of the contract. Any statutory withdrawal rights you have will be governed by applicable law and, where relevant, Stripe's Consumer Terms and refund policy.
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
