Refunds & Cancellation

Free trial

All paid plans (Starter and Team) include a 14-day free trial. Your payment method is collected at sign-up but will not be charged until the trial period ends. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.

Auto-renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price. You will receive a renewal confirmation email before each charge.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access to the Service until then, and the subscription will not renew.

Refunds

After the trial period, subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or under our exception policy. If ResourcePulse experiences a technical failure that materially prevents you from using the Service, refund or credit requests may be considered case-by-case. Contact hello@resourcepulseapp.com within 14 days of the charge. Stripe may also process refunds in accordance with applicable law and their own policies.

EU consumer rights

EU/EEA/Swiss/UK consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain distance contracts for digital services within 14 days of conclusion of the contract. Nothing in this policy limits non-excludable statutory consumer rights.
